i think mine is left foot... 3 or 5 steps.
and i only bowl straights.
can't spin, can't hook
maybe one day i should take a really light ball to hook, but usually light balls have smaller holes, so my fingers can't fit in it.

hook got to get the reactive ball and drilled specifically for that..

u can bowl straight all your life and still get strikes.
if u know where to hit.

u don't use strength to bowl.
u swing, the higher u swing the more power.
if u use brute strength, its wrong.
