  Or you go into lecturering position? I mean you have so many years of on field experience liao. Then if you go into academic field & later want to exit into market again, I guess it will also look kidda good on your resume?

  I am still consider very inexperience in this line. Just started working for a couple of years. Lecturing is quite impossible.

  Normally lecturing post you have 3 years exp then sufficient enough rite? Unless you need the accredition of a professional body as well...
