As you all know, living or rather, earning a living in SG can be very stressful, even studies are oso very stressful, how did u guys out there relieve stress?? Would like to learn something from u ppl out there

If I had the letters HRT,I can add EA to get a HEART, or a U and get HURT. But I'd rather choose U and get HURT than have a HEART without U

I run to relieve stress on my arms, running helps me to relieve muscle tension. I try running before warmups, and I run in opposite directions for two rounds.

I eat,surf net,play computer games,play my guitar,sleep to relieve stress,heehe
