I don't really know what is exactly in the man han quan xi feast. In the "ching" dynasty, the emperor try to bring his "man" and "han" subjects together and held this feast. The emperor wanted to let the "man" and "han" subject to enjoy equal status. The feast consist on both "man" and "han" food. Only those big hotel is able to organise this feast. They uses special utensils and special tables to held this feast. Everything must be done according to the style during "ching" dynasty. There is actually a movie by call "man han quan xi". I know all this through that movie. The movie got describe a lot about "man han quan xi" feast. A very nice show.
