Hallo, some interesting things to share with you regarding Evangelion. Pretty dark and complicated anime if you ask me, i went thru the whole 26 episodes asking myself alot of questions. The ending was pretty miserable too and the theme of the anime mixes alot with bilical account, making it sort of blasphemous to Christians. As for the soundtracks, yes, your signature is a pretty moving piece of music.
ohhh and yeah, the producer of Evangelion, Hideaki Anno is a very very complicated man. That's why his anime is so violent and morbid. More on that later.....

Hmm, i like the characters. The first few episobes are really interesting!! I can't wait to see wat will happen in the following episobes.
But, duhh....the ending is too chim for me. I'm not really sure wat it's trying to say. Maybe i'm not a christian?
Anyway, wat attracts me to this show is actually the Penguin. :p
Penpen!! I just love penguins. Penpen appeared in the first episobe and i told myself that i am going to finish watching this anime.

One Winged Angel - Final Fantasy 7 Sephiroth's Music -
Yes, I agree the penguin was the only "happy" thing in the show. Most of the characters are beseiged with inner problems and all seems to be loners in some way or another. Shinji has to face up to his cowardice, Ashura (the read haired gal) has recurring nightmares about her mother and Rei(the cool blue hair babe) is not even human. The I love the part where the penguin raids the fridge and the funny expression it shows when it looked shocked! hahahaha, so funny!
Supposedly the last 2 episodes were the most "cheem" one, and to prevent any spoiler to angeldark, i shall stop here :p Suffice to say, it deals with evolution and the subtitles just couldn't deal with this topic, thus most people gets confused. Hell, even the Japs themselves are confused :p
Yo angeldark, go get all the Gundams series you can grab. That,is what Jap anime is all about and trust me, you ain't heard nothing until you watched Endless Waltz OVA.
That's why i loved anime so much, the mixed music with art and seamlessly and best part is, it conveys the mood so rightly.

Hmm,i agree the Enagelion ending a bit confusing,i hardly get the meaning at all except for the biblical mention and the movie which showcases the 1st appearance of the white angel with wings was actually supposed to be the ending of the cartoon series,but also quite confusing,but the robots are quite cool,the robots appear more organic and humanlike compared to others like Macross,Dundam where the robots appear more clunky and like huge machines,i got a few toys including 1 big PVC Eva 1 model,heehe

FnU : It's a sci fi story about 3 school children who have special powers to controls those robots going by the name of Evangelion 1,2,3 etc etc to combat so called "Angels" which are actually some kinda evil robots,heehe.That is the story in a nutshell,it gets more complicated than this,trust me,heehe

My uncle got it for me when he went Japan as it's cheaper there,in Singapore,i think the price was about $150 that time,maybe now dropped liaoz,but my uncle got it for me at $110 when he went japan and converted from yen to singapore dollar,it even comes with a small figure of Ayanami Rei,heeheh

cos I wanted to get one sword..the Tian Jui..bery nice..but in Singapore bery expensive.. if your uncle happens to go overseas..can ask him to check out the price for me??
