He sure has a way of finding them.....
Wonder how he chooses......but somehow most of them are great buy.....

Players like westerveld, hyppia was relatively unknown to most in s'pore and wat good buys they turn out to be.
Then henchoz, who started off with blackburn look so crappy yet gh knew he is the gem in a pile of shit. gh sure has the eye for talents like the old paisley and shankly has.

Agreed. Houllier is prudent with his money and usually takes great care on managing his limited fundings. Westervald and Hyppia have proven to be the best buys that Houllier could get, and I sense more coming up.
