  Hello Teriyaki,
  
  I think your budget is abit too low for spinner ball, as what Spinneroo quoted, you only can get a plastic ball or a pretty old series, additional ball condition not so good. Maybe you can try your luck at Cash Coonverter shop.
  
  FYI.....Good reactive spinner ball normally range from $50 to $100. depending on condition etc.........

  Actually both style has pro & cons, but nowadays they using that Kegler machine really kill off Spinner........I got a few spinner ball in my arsenal, namely Tomahawk, Crush/r, Tiberwolf, Small wolf, AMF Ninja, Ninja Fury, Black Ninja(with 2 sword), Hammer lite & my very first ball Gyro. That's all I have.
