Besides bowling at my club (changi) and currently Victor's at Sun nights, I can't think of any cheapies unless there are promotions. -

The cheapest game can be found at victors(member's rate, annual fee of 30$).

shifeng, goto www.can.com.sg and search for marina south. You know the kite flying area(now converted to 6 soccer fields)? It's right next to one of the 2 bus stops.
