Alright, arguably the world's most popular amateur bowler, Tim Mack has finally joined the PBA this season. Guess he got tired of constantly finishing in the top 3 of just about every tourney he enters.
Perhaps he himself can lay to rest the debates on whether he is good enough to challenge the more well known maestros of the PBA, hey? You go, TIM!
I sincerely wish him all the best, as he most definitely is a fan favourite....can't wait to see him take on the high octane bowlers of the PBA. R. Smith vs T. Mack, anyone?

Don't mean to brag, but when I met him at this year's expo in vegas, I asked him why not the PBA. He said 'coz he likes to travel around the world. Also the reason also lies in other gray areas concerning the PBA( I shan't mention).....However, Tim Mack has no choice but to join the PBA and hence, not able to bowl in other int'l events. The reason, he's a member of Team USA again...so he's got no time to travel on his own.....Unbelievable, believe it. I didn't understand this but, hey.....

Not bad at all! He went all the way to the Round of 8 where he got ousted by "Major" Mika Koivuniemi.
He actualy led the field after the first round with 2171 from 9 games. Then went on to oust last year's Player of the Year, Walter Ray Williams Jr in the round of 32, as well as Amleto Monacelli in the round of 16....
