  I'm using 15 lb equipment. I'm pretty fussy with ball weights though, and typically obtain 15 lbs 0 oz to 15 lbs 2 oz undrilled equipment if possible.
  
  That ends up about 14 lbs 14 oz to 15 lbs flat after drilling the holes.

  hmm.. long ago, when i was stronger (and without a slipped disc) i hurled a 16lb ball down the lanes (strange.. don't have in singapore.. used that in Melbourne where i started fooling around with the game )
  
  after slipped disc, use 12 or 13lb ball whichever i can find that fits

  nah.. not anymore.. slipped disc kinda messed things up.. now comfortable with a 12 or 13.. when i used to be uncomfortable with the 16 then
