how come u need to drill your ball for left hand use?
u sure or not?
unless your balls are going beyond your control then drill for left hand leh....
unless u become a reverse hook bowler lah...dats a diff story all together
from what i see all u need is just a ball wif not so strong action and try to generate your ball action from yourself.....but not to the extend of drilling your ball left hand use....if lets say your ball need to drill for left hand use mean a lot of bowlers gotta do it ald.
bowling ball reaction is like a set of sword play
you need to fully understand how the ball will react under diff lane conditions and make your adjusment accordingly to get the max from minimum power......
it cud also mean the ball drilling is too strong for you to handle.
dun do something drastic if not you will never "recover" from it

Ahem, since there seems to be a discussion on our humble bowling group here, I should at least say hi. Hi people!!
Anyway, we always welcome new members, either as competitive members in our tiny league or just join us for a couple of games now and then. I thank Jae for helping me promote our "club".
We are really just a group of good friends who decided to pick up bowling(one year ago actually) and sort of evolve from then.
Since then people come and go either due to financial constraints or distance(we bowl at katong jackies).

if u want go and find jack (u sud know who i am referring to) and tell him your problem and how come the person who suggested to you to drill your ball for a leftie ask u to do so.
its always wiser to get a second opinion afterall replugging and redrilling cost $$$ not to mention the wrong move may screw up your bowling totally on a light side just minor injuries on the serious side may cost u yer bowling life man..dun play play
visit jack give him a call 67836068 tell him i ask u to seek his opinion try to go down during the afternoons where there is less crowd if im not wrong he will be there since 330pm.

gee...i am 1/4 way to greatness then. i was a leftie broke the wrist..now a rightie. in a few yrs i may play back leftie, the only problems are..my scores are crappy on both hands! lol

Crappy scores is a relative term, Ian!
A 190 would be a very satisfying score for me, but for let's say Chris Barnes, it would be, to coin a phrase, "a disaster".
