Thursday Foursome league (Plaza Bowl)

Hi all,
I am extenting invitation to all bowlers who are not eligible for the Classic challenge(s) to join a league on thursday at plaza; with some exeception. (those 170+ average)
Namely I am looking at : WX, Jae, Orgnick, deamon, tomahawk, Kevin phua, etc...
Btw those who dislike smokeres, gamblers, pls don't indicate your interest as you would bound to dislike the environment. -

clown, maybe i'm wrong but if you do not want everyone to join and only a selected few..you should be discreet about this. I'm sure you dun wan everyone to have wrong ideas, like seeing those average bowlers "no up" and thus not inviting them. Although we know you want to stand a better chance at the top teams of the league with better teammates who are more consistent, but there might be many other ways of interpretation to your invitation.
Like how some messages can be interpreted quite easily to be something (in fact everyone say so), but the person who posts think otherwise and thinks we're wrong. So.... -
For your infor, its not my team again. I'm here scouting for new members. The league only began last nite.
The 2nd reason for being so particular is that this team has a penalty system of a $2 fine for every point lost. I don't want to rope in players and then they felt cheated. But free game if won all points and no need to pay any funds, just the weekly game if you don win all points + penalty.

And to add, sorry Power Torge don't think its good for you as you might end up paying like $21 everytime you bowl.
And bowl34, you might also be in the same shoes as PT. Not seen you bowl yet but if wat you mentioned about yourself is true than I am afraid better not let you join. unless you have too much $$ to spare.

Thanks for the invite mate, but firstly i kindda hate plaza bowl, coz of the lanes. The pins fly too much. As a result, to many splits...of course this was the situation that I encountered at Plaza 3 years ago. Maybe things are different now.
Secondly, I have class on Mondays, THURSDAYS and FRIDAYs at NIGHT!!!!Arghh...At least attendance is not compulsory on Fridays.....still can embrace the weekend properly....hehe

Well I'm flattered, but pai seh..i alraedy got a Thursday League. Besides, the fines we paying at Leisure isn't considered mediocre also. Fines like $20 to $30 is actually quite common.
Thats what we get for bowling with Mr. "Perfect" Mike and Mr. "Calm" Fox...but then, sure is nice watch them strike anywayz.
