team spirit is all about helping each other and clown, u have great team members supporting you! and also once everyone becomes friends, your "idiosyncracies" (referring to ur cutting comments, watever they may be) will be tolerated by them. but dun overdo it lar. everybody goes out on a limb to make a successful team! and to me a successful team is enjoying playing or competing together, winning is a bonus and a goal. i believe there would be teams out there who are champions in terms of pinfalls but not in relationships and team-spirit!

The team didn't seem to have that chemistry that I was hoping for, though. I'm just hoping that it's because it's our first time bowling together with Clownie boy.
I rather suspect it's because we weren't doing well, and I was doing my fair share of long face pulling in Game 1 myself, I gotta admit.
But Clown, it was a pleasure bowling with you. Let's raise hell the next time!!! -

Btw, did also bowled another league today(tue). Always screw up. Got good games of 190 198 and a 150??? Its also a debut for a new season at Victor's. Hopefully will do better next week. -

You really cant blame anyone but yourself.
I think its better to realise what's wrong and work on it.
Then you'll be able to get on with it and do better!
and This Team, really...dont try to compare with our team. We both have different bowlers and different goals..
Right now, our team is doing well and we want to maintain this form. Its been nice to know we have been able to do so for around 4 to 5 weeks now since that thrashing by Mambo.
Find a target, work towards it. We would like it if This Team can put more pressure and climb up the table. Its still early and shouldnt bother about this loss too much.
