Take a rest and forget abt bowling. Cos if u try too hard, it will only become bad habits. Bowling's funny thing, sometimes u score better when u are out of touch as compared to training regularly. Of course this doesn't apply to national bowlers. Take a break a while, sometimes it helps cos u never know, the most difficult part of yr bowling may be overcome. I tend to have such experiences. An example is i always have problem clearing the thumb, so i took 2 mths break and at the same time study for exams. when i come back; u know so long never touch ball, so hand feel really soft and the next thing i know i was clearing my thumb well. Then i realise i have to have a free armswing....
I dunno abt the others, but taking a break always help for me.
