Reaction Rev, comments?

I am using a 13 lb Hammer Reactive... I wanna upgrade to a heavier ball, is a Reaction Rev a reccomended choice?

I can't remember where but I read that a heavier ball of same ball, Hammer Reactive will result in more hook for the same person using it....But a mere substantial increase only...
I personally think if you use a heavier ball, use a ball with roughly the same RG, hookability and those stats of ur previous ball. They should result in a slighly hookier ball. If change the whole ball with more hookability, then you might have to adopt a whole new line to the ball.

It's hard to answer such a question without knowing what sort of lanes you're bowling on/or where you normally play, and what is it you're trying to upgrade from using your current ball.
Is it just the weight? Or is it something else?
For example, if you normally bowl on desert/very dry lanes, I won't recommend the Reaction Rev for sure...... -

Yes, the most important factor in upgrading is the weight I guess.
I would appreciate much if you can get some info for my ball, Faball Hammer Reactive, its very diffcult to find info for it on the net. -

hi, i was adviced that Columbia balls' coverstock wear out faster compared to other manufacturers'...though it's one of the best...

- The lanes are blocked and favour big, sweeping lines.
- Your release isn't clean playing direct because you're afraid of the gutter.

You failed to specify whether it's the third arrow from the RIGHT or LEFT wat!! Oh well.... doubts cleared!
