Lai ah lai ah! This is going to be an exciting, mind blowing tournament yet. More players equals more prizes, more challenging and more fun. This is a great chance to get to know more people and assure yourselves how good you are in bowling. This event will be a good chance to know more people who enjoy the same sport as you. Hi folks,
Excellent response so far. We have 14 confirmed participants to date. They are:
David, Jordan, Tan Liang Cheng (CBC), Kazan Looi (CBC), Johan Shah (Mindef), Kelvin Chang, Yvonne, Ian Tan, Ian Wong, Dinghua, Hayden, Jae, Tom and Sin Ker Han (Former CBC league team mate).
As for the rest:
Kevin Phua and Jay Soong almost confirmed, but have to check availability.
Yet to confirm are Brendan, Louis Lim (CBC), Weixiang, Chuan, Titan, Saffry, Lillian, Jordan's friends Tom and Andy, my brother and his friend, Velu, Deamon, Chong Han, another friend in MINDEF... the list continues.
Keep the participation confirmations coming please!

“Luck is preparation meeting opportunity” Larry Mathews
1. Prepare all bowling equipment. This includes cleaning and preparing ball surfaces. And also cleaning and replacing tape in thumb hole.
2. Organize your bowling supplies. Make sure you know where everything is. Looking for something you need during competition and not finding it can cause unnecessary stress. Get in a habit of putting your things in the same place.
3. Eat a good dinner the night before your competition. Try to eat before 8:00 P.M.
4. Get a good nightÂ’s rest. Make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep or whatever you are accustom to that allows you to perform at your best. Invest in a set of earplugs. Hotel guests can be noisy!
5. Eat a good breakfast but don't overeat. Try to eat 2 hours before your tournament starts.
6. Get to the bowling center early. You don't want to be rushing around before the tournament. This can cause you to be unsettled and unfocussed.
7. Remember it is completely normal to be nervous or anxious. Most of these feelings will subside once you get started.
8. Stay objective . Throw a shot. Take a read. Make the adjustment and you'll do fine! -

Goodie Bags update:
just managed to some confirmations on some items:
1)seminar bags(qty not confirmed, i see if i can get 20)
2)T-shirts (i haven't seen the design though, maybe got company logo on it)
3)webcams(must emphaise that they are not the high end eqpt, qty i dunno how many i can get, butno matter what the quantity, i will set aside 2 for jordan and prataman to thank them for their organising of events)
4)others(waiting for replies.......)
Lastly, i need some help. can bowlers who are staying close to jackies bowl help me by keeping some of these goodies bags at their place? i dun think i can bring all of them to jackies bowl on the competition day. Thanks in avance -
