new here. wanna ask if u guys interested to have a forum gathering juz to bowl not tournament??
this way we could practice together!!!

Why not Jacka suggest a time & date and we'll see how many can make it. 4-5 should be a nice number

but eastside does offers the best rates to date!!! and not to mention the great food, haha. -

Although most of the time we bowl in the east(silverbowl, cbc) & south(classics,victors). This saturday going Ubin hence you fellas enjoy the game at BUkit Panjang or Chevrons(the pins kinda offset there. Solid pocket 50% strike rate... need to char kway teow )

The lanes at Chevrons are not new. They belonged to the bowling alley at Lot 1 shopping mall at Choa Chu Kang. It's a transplant as far as lanes are concerned. Everything is: approaches, ball return machines...
Chevrons has one of the more "benovelent" house oiling patterns in Singapore, so that's a good place to go to for a boost in morale. But getting there is a hassle. -
Chevons has a nice longer oil relative to the majority of alleys.
Which also explains why Ding cant strike. NOT PIN OFFSET AR... UR BALL NEED DRYER LANES LAH.

But skid into pocket don't leave pin5 leh... usually 4 or 6 coz speeding
But light pocket will do the trick -

I kinda fall in love with Eastside. Maybe first love the cheap rates there.
Then comes the lanes. Oiling is still ok there, but the pin setting machines suck a little. -
