Wat Balls do we use??

All of us knows that this is a bowling forum, no doubt most of us would be bowlers but how well, do we know each others equipment?? well, let's share!!!

Hmm...... just 3 balls in use right now. The others are undrilled as of now.
1) Ebonite Clear Wolf for pins 6 and 10.
2) Ebonite Apex Adrenaline for longer oils and or heavier oils
3) Ebonite Vortex 2 Pearl for just about everything else.
Personally I have a preference for aggressive pearlised reactives. Unfortunately with my speed and tendency to circle the ball a lot (stuck stumb semi spinner hook) this makes playing on longer oil conditions a weakness of mine. -

1) Command Zone (old trusty, never fails to hook )
2) Sea Wolf ( got bitten by Tampines Safra lanes)
3) DangerZone (retired, now acting as a trophy)
4) Cuda (yes the original one)
5) Bobcat ( good on patchy lanes)

Anyway, I said it before, and I will say it again, I'm also very impressed by equipment from Storm. Those undrilled ones I mentioned..... -
Currently using a Shadow (urethane) as strike ball, and a Blue Dot for picking up spares on the right half. These 2 guys are slightly below 15lb.
Before getting injured about 3 months back, i had 2 other options, a Classic Rock and a Chaos (for more bite... hits hard too). Damn i miss them, it's just different not using reactive and particle equipment.

moi currently have 2
1) Tour Power by STORM, for everything except
taking pin 10s or certain splits where I want the ball to go to a certain location accurately, for that 2) Blue Dot, Columbia300. And althought the surface is very smooth, it hooks like a monster on last sunday nite at Classic. -

Well, being a spinner my balls are of the older range coz spinner style dun really bother so much abt those stuff...
1) AMF Ninja Master (hits and carrys pins like a truck)
2)Ebonite Tomahawk X-plosion (Fave ball at the moment)
3)Ebonite Tomahawk Low-torque (needs to re-drill)
4)Storm Trauma-Er (currently at Bukit Panjang re-drill)
That's about all... Btw, any of u drill ur own balls?? I drill my own spiner balls, coz my grip, angle is diff from the other spinners in S'pore, something that i customize to my own style.
Dun learn to bowl how other expect u 2. Learn and develop ur own style from good basics and absorb others strong points so that at the end of the day, u'll be better than all of them.... coz u'll have their strengths w/o their weakness... -

Actually, im stlll relatively a greenhorn bowler. Having only been into my 2nd year of serious bowling, I have YET to own any balls fresh from the factory. All are dunno how many hand balls.
Of 2 are courtesy of our ex 'proshop owner' Mr Prataman. Looks like his pool has dried up.
Anyway, introducing my wives no.
1) Prostitute Columbia Black Rage (real typical hooker, cos has been screwed more than 10 times. bt who cares, it still produces strkes )
used for medium to oily condtions
and also pin10 spares. bt wd have to play slight backup if the lanes are real dry to keep the ball goin straight. hoping to get a spare ball soon.
2) Messenger Ti (just in case you wonder why im named Ti t@n)used to be used for most conditions.
3) Trauma ThunderRoad (most recent addtion to the family) yet to be drilled. collecting dust.

ive been looking for a trauma er for quite some time. you are the closest person ive known to own one so far. bt dun think you wd be likely to sell it. its quite rare in spore huh?

Yeah....me same as Tit@n, never own new balls b4...all 2nd hand but like he says, Who CARES?? By the way, I more newbie than Tit@n, in fact I juz got my first Reactive ball on 27th June this year POWER TORQ and since then started hooking and serious bowling

The Trauma ER is actually very popular because everyone at that time wanted the Trauma after hearing of its legendary status. But by then, only the ER was around, so most people bought it instead.
Its just that it loses a lot of its colour when you condition it, so a lot of the time, it doesn't look like one.
My friend just bought a Track Freak... *drool* One of my dream balls...

The Vortex 2 Pearl is looking to be a real keeper as well. The Adrenaline is getting to "unsettled" status, whilst the rest have already been shown the exit door.
