  Bt Panjang Superbowl is organising a survivor series tournament
  
  Detail for Masters Qualifiers: 10 pin, 4 game series
  Cost: $10 member, $15 non member
  Date: 5th aug to 8th aug 1pm to 5pm, 10th aug 10am to 1pm
  
  Players can register for Master Qualifiers anything during the indicated time slots. Can try as many series as they want. Best resu taken into acc for finals.
  
  Top 23 bowlers from the masters and the previous champion will do a 5 rd knockout. Details avaliable at the bowling centre itself.

  Tried the qualifiers on Tuesday.....then, still can get in, but just heard from a friend whom had 20+ pins better than me that he was on the edge of being kicked out! So better try for another qualifying. btw, the top qualifier as of yesterday was a high 843 for 4 games.

  Wow. That's a very high average. Was that the standard? Or was the chap an exception?
  For the price, I wouldn't have mind playing and giving it a shot. It's been years since I have had competitive exposure.

  I had a series (4-game) with 686 pinfalls. Should b able to qualify in th 15-20s placings.
  
  Ya, the standard is that high. The top 3-5 qualifiers all shot in their 800s, follow by 7 plus 700s.
  
  Tmr is the last chance for Master Qualifiers. 10am till 1pm. Note: Games have to be completed before the end of the indicated timings for their scores to be taken into consideration.
  
  btw, finals is a 10-pin 2 games knockout system held on 11th august at the same place. 0930hrs chk-in, $12 for members, $16 for non-members (must be fulltime students).

  haha! I was unable to qualify. The lowest score to qualify was a 710 pinfalls. (avg 17. so i never go down and see. heh.

  I think that's the norm for such qualifying rounds
