I think it's advisable to build one's physical fitness first when trying to extend game stamina. The fittest bowlers generally find it easier to maintain the same level of mental and physical performance thru as much as 210 shots thru 10 games. Then play in small increments. 5 game series, then 7, then 10, etcetera. Else you risk injury or fatigue, after which you'll be likely practicing bad habits which might be detrimental to one's game.
