Where to buy sandpaper?

  Does anyone know where to get 1600 and 2000 grit sandpaper? wet-sandable.
  
  Jae, does your brother's store have any? I can find up to 1000 grit. But nothing above that. I heard only car/auto shops sell finer sandpaper, but haven't had the time to check that out.

  Harmzuay, sorry for the late reply...just check with my bro, and he said that 1600 and 2000 grid sandpaper are very rare locally, as it is not in demand...and of cos, it means that he dun have.

  harmy, U mention wet-sanding. So the sand paper u should be getting will be green in color. There are some which are "golden"colour.Those are not suitable. How many do u need? Last time in my final year project, i may have some sandpapers left, but need to dig them out... SMS me
  
  But anyway, if you are looking for even finner grit, chances are they came mostly in liquid form.If you are ok with it, you may find it easier to buy them.

  personally, i am involved in 4 leagues,
  monday in tampines safra,
  tue in CSC,
  wed in Hougang,
  thursday in katong...
  
  but i am only able to concentrate more on monday and tue league as for the other 2 days, work commitment usually disallow me to participate as much...

  Oh, it's not for my bowling balls. It's for my business. I need fine grit sandpaper for custom paint jobs. That's why it's specifically 1600 and 2000 that I require.
  
  Liquid is a good suggestion. I've never heard of it before. Unfortunately, they won't do. Thanks for the suggestion!
