Software that cannot uninstall

  I have a software installed but cannot be found in default application "Add/Remove Programs". It's in the taskbar but I can't close the software other than hiding it or exiting the software using the "end task" method. Is there a way to uninstall a software other than using the default application "Add/Remove Programs"?

  Be more specific. Like for example, does the program startup automatically when you boot Windows and the version of Windows you are using etc.

  I think tt is not a gd software bcos it does not provide uninstall.
  to stop the program start when u boot windows, you need to edit either win.ini or ur window system registry. But for this, you may need some knowledge. ask someone whom u noe who noe how to remove it from the registry. After that, you can delete the folder of tt software.

  1) do a MSCONFIG to disable the s/w start-up automatically
  
  2) check if there is an "Uninstall" option in the said s/w program grp
  
  3) delete the software folder & program grp manually
