  My Netscape 6 brings a lot of problems, especially when it doesn't connect to any sites other than FTP sites. Pls help!

  Netscape 6 is based on Mozilla 0.94 source code, which is known to be buggy. I would advice you to use mozilla instead. It's now 1.0RC2, approaching ver 1.0 http://www.mozilla.org
  
  Or you might want to take a look at Opera 6.x http://www.opera.com
