i think nyp cannot leh... so strict.. everything also cannot.. i think those on project can use icq.. thats all i know

The project room at block M can use ICQ and MSN ..
and www.chat.net should be able to let you connect to the IRC, but NYP disable "chat" in it's website name.. -
Use sbm club's web to chat ba...
