Which NYP toilet at which block is the quietest?

  don't wan to let people see mah, just now i blow dry in my office toilet, got people looking at me.. so later go back school have to find a quiet place and dry it.

  Blk S lvl 1 toilet (air-con)! Should be quiet enough. If not the toilets at lvl 4 / 5 onward on Blk A towards Blk S and B.

  I'm not sure which toilet quiet.. But i know which toilet best for smoking. My fren frm NYP last time ever brought mi to a handicapped toilet air con one beri big cubicle.. Best for smoking..
