Recently, I restarted my exercise routine. During my warmup & cool down, I noticed many sports errors by other fellow mates which may cause more damages than advantages.
Some examples are eating before exercise; drink lots of water when still panting hard; no cooling down etc.
As a wellness coach & ex-athlete myself, this is alarming. Thus, I am starting this forum to share with like-minded people to make our community a healthier environment to live in.
