[Inconsiderate Act] Toilet seat left in West Coast Rd lift

STOMPer Bernine was disgusted to find a toilet seat discarded in a lift at Block 515 West Coast Road.
Said the STOMPer:
"This occurred at West Coast Road block 515.
"I took the lift at about 9am on Sunday, Mar 4.
"But then I noticed that a toilet seat had been left behind in the lift.
