Comfort new MDT training

  Just ask yourself a question .

  Credit card receipt printed out ..... is it better to get the pax sign , or is it okay that they dun sign ?

  Or CDG taught that "it's okay not to sign " ?

  So if one fine day ..... finance recall you back and say "submit the signed receipt cos bank's customer refuse to pay cos they said they didn't take a cab before .

  It was precisely what happened a few years ago when i was OMO with CDG .

  Customer from Sin Ming Road took my cab to Volvo alexandra to pick up some spare parts at Volvo , want me wait for him , sent him back to his mechanic , end trip , paid by AMEX .

  Luckily signed .

  AMEX called CDG to ask for receipt that he signed .

  CDG called me for it , i have to sent to Finance the original receipt to show them .

  I had it signed of course , can you imagine if original copy did not have any signatures at all ?

  What do u expect CDG to quiry at me ?

  Looking for trouble ?

  I was taught to keep whatever receipt for 9 months before it can be disposed .

  Now i dunno .....

  Bros I just done my mdt training 6 months ago please attend it with your ears and eyes wide open.. you may get tips on how to get more calls and new features like adding tips to credit card charges. the training also include using the taximeter so that you will not kalang kabok when otr.

   So cdg teach you to take more of their calls, the usual stuff.

  above certain amount still need to sign i forgot liao maybe above $50 very rarely meter fare goes above $50

  I heard above $30 need sign.. But nowaday before log off mdt throw receipt liao.. Dun bother keep track. Cuz confirm next day $$$ sure in to uob account... Unless weekend then tues afternoon bank in... CDG so far cashless no hiccup... Kekeke...
