Comfort new MDT training

My CDG sonata is changing to a new MDT and the new credit card, ez link terminal Is it compulsory for TD to attend the training ? Can the hirer teach me after he attended the training ? I am a relief and knn no time to go sin ming for training

Ask NTUC fairprice aunties to teach you can already lah, same same...
Anyway, no nid, hirers are told to pass down to their relief, but the cashless terminal is very fast, net, credit cards or ezlink, just scan, swipe or zip in only, within sec....approved!. unless no money

okay Thanks for providing the info My hirer and another relief have to attend 3 hours of training. knn waste of time With good proper training method, I think 1/2 hours should be sufficient. KNN Cumfuck CBL

Good that my taxi is changing to the new MDT. The existing one ....knn like shit 1) You put busy sign,sometimes the top display still showing "available" 2) You put change shift, the sometimes top display still showing "available" why i know .... people flag my taxi and I do interview I said change shift liao... pax says my top display shows otherwise came down and checked pax is correct 3) credit card sometimes work sometimes malfunction once send a pax to AP, and paid with credit card terminal shows "NOT APPROVED" pax went into the AP and use the same credit card to withdraw cash to pay me. Conclusion, my existing MDT ....VOMIT BLOOD

Attend ki lan lah, uncle also using old, new, newest MDT, also never attend any, just press meter, then use it like a pad can already, Nets, press net, credit, press credit, there is one good feature, that is the Icon, Last trip, you hv to go back to summary to check yr last trip, now, you can go back just by pressing that icon if pax want to see the meter or that he or she wanted to paid by credit, or just that they insist to see the MDT screen, it can be done now.
So if like pax want to pay you cash, then becasue you are in a hurry or someone is infront, you press mdt and goes back the hiring status, then suddenly pax said, want to pay by nets or credits, then you can use this last trip.

U all lucky liao , can got chance to get trained how to use the equipments .
In TransCab , they everything just throw you a piece of paper , simple instruction manual , that's all .
Cashless also ..... TransCab dun believe in training .
U dunno u ask around .
If still dunno how to use , tell pax 'spoilt" .
Can dun accept cashless or using of MDT if u not comfortable with .
In Premier ...... i also never got taught how to use the cashless terminal , i also like that drive .
But have to thank Comfort for training me up .
All the softwares almost the same .
Log-in ...... credit press credit , nets press nets , enter all .
Going home , press Log-off .
Auto settlement .
Wait for payment come into bank account .

Must learn how to do "reversal of payment" or "Void" pf payment .
Eg one scenario .
One pax wanna pay credit card , just swipe and paid , receipt print out .
Sekali before he sign , how come got extra 17% surcharge ?
So they not happy to pay surcharge , say "void" , they not going to sign , then how ?
if they dun sign , u will never got the payment . They can denied using the card .
Never pay Comfort means u also lan lan , unless CDG pay u .
So must die die learnt how to "void" or "reversal" .
Very troublesome one if things happened like that and u do not know how to use it .

Not often things happen like that , u just need one to kill off your one day's mood .
Cos u regretted never put an effort to remember those procedures . And end up spending more time than u should have done to resolve a payment issue.

MDT course ? No need pay any attention lah .
Sleep with eyes open . Not worth it to learn how good the MDT , waste time .
I rather u learn how to ply the trade sweeping on the roads ., Thtat is important .
But pls wake up when learning how to use Cashless terminal .

CDG honour any cashless transaction, as long the terminal show "Approved".........
They hold the responsibilty if pax subsequently deny the transaction........that's why CDG are able to reimburse the money the next day, this is the perk for CDG drivers to more willingly accept cashless...........
The only chances CDG will make you refund cashless transaction provided they suspect there's double transaction, which is very common among limousine drivers...........
Those time you encounter already past over, and these days, any fare less than $30 need not to sign............
CDG had improved a lot for the past so many years and still improving..........don't mislead forumers here............

Pax want to void transaction because of admin charges?.......
If last time, I agree..........now, I never kanna before, maybe other forumers can enlighten, hu bo?.........
Pax make things difficult for drivers? on the spot call driver hotline, leave the matters for the company to handle............
Sometime don't because of small small matter, go to mata chu..........

Learning the procedure of "void" and "reversal" , it's not a question of "have" or "dun have" , it's a question of "possible" or "not possible" to get it ?
When the system has got a "void" option , there must be a reason to why there is a "void" .
anyway , before i was taught at Comfort , 10 years ago i already know that in retail sector .
So what CDG's course it's just a waste of time for me .
