you mean at main lobby for all hotel on street level for RWS got extra $3? those movenpick , rasa sentosa and others no surcharge right?

bro, frankly this info is very weak especially coming from the company. I tried asking but no reply. I checked with a TD senior and he told me only at the casino other than that no surcharge allowed.
I also very confused at MBS. Now I know for comfort only start when the peak hour surcharge suck in or else LL.
Thats' why I dont queue before 5pm unless there is no taxi, just pick and go. The same applied at Marina Residence, Marina Financial building. Skip skip skip, turn 1 big round just to pick up the pax and most of the time no show!!

Crockfords Tower, Hotel Michael, Hard Rock Hotel, Festive Hotel, Equarius Hotel and Beach Villas.

Anything outside the boundary , no surcharge .
Like hammerhammer said those hotels , yes can collect surcharge .
Not difficult lah .... all those hotels side by side one .

ya, so dummy, each time waited up to 5 mins and no pax show up? In my experience dont know is it coincident or not?? each time i cancel the calls, a pax would show up and wanting to take my taxi. ????? is this all planned!

True, not only comfort, in fact all, surcharges as per normal CBD timing, but for sentosa, within the boundary of RWS 24hrs surcharges apply, and that is why they plant alot of coconut trees there for you to rest

RWS = 24hrs
MBS = 5pm till 1159pm

Hi bro, what about the cruise centre, is it true we can charge like AP. So anytime before 5pm $3 surcharge and after 5pm $5 surcharge. Did I get it correctly? Hear so many different version and got no answer from company.
I suspect they're only interested in getting rental from us and not doing their part to ensure TD is clear of applying these charges.
TD is like nobody child, it seemed company waiting for authority while authority wait for TD company to do all these briefings.

it just take one complain and you can go lim kopi liao. Do not take the risk, innocent breed naiveness, but as TD, you should better than pax about surcharges and timing. sometimes people see driving a cab easy ?
those location surcharge , timing , erp timing , cbd timing ...... so easy to remember ?
tell them come and drive taxi for a day , and tell me the stories about forgetting this forgetting that .
anyhow press surcharge also will lose your TVDL , so ...... drive taxi easy ?
