Pax, TD & taxi co, CDG,who is right or wrong ?

  A CDG relief driver make noise in Chinese morning newspaper that CDG does not side ,sympath its driver,instead only listen to 1 sifde story fr the pax!! His complaint: Took 2 chinese ladies on his taxis,along the way he slammed the brake so as not to beat the red light. Journey continued as though nothing had happened(pax did not complained to the TD, everything was fine,they(2 ladies) kept on chatting. Few days later CDG called TD that pax asked for medical compensations.& told him to prepare $1000. Better than daylight robbery ? What options this poor chap has ? Ignore the demand,wait for legal letter,fight in court. this may take yrs to go for hearing,court has more urgent & more important cases to deliberate than this ? Now THEN,this is a case of PATIENCE ?

  must be cabby jammed brake they fly forward against the front seat . ka cdg kong , $1000 ki lan . Talk to my lawyer . . . everything say in court .

  Half of  it is your problem, you kenna road block or not? if pax did not put on seat beat, policemen ask who? you or the pax?

  This can never happen, even if the ladies go to court, no evidences of sort can justify that injuring is because of the jam brake, so, if I fell down on MRT, ask for $1000?

  Wah, if like that suka suka can get 1k from hard braking, i dun want to work liao, everyday take cab wait for cabby do brake hard, then can claim. U guys remenber theres 2 singapore sister who claim from ntuc when they fall down in the supermart, till ntuv banthe both of them from ntuc,then they took sbs bus driver jam brake ,claim, I think this cabby kana the 2 same sister.

  Most probably the 2 chinese lady works in KTV. After the incidents their client press their boobs and ask, why now so small. So they take the jam brakes opportunity to claim from CDG Td.

  is cdg means comfort? is this complain to compensate only for comfort how about other types, can also?

  yes. if passenger take cab compensate the driver. then if the driver do wrong, should also compensate the passenger is it? if the driver really hit brakes so hard until affect the 2 passengers, then it is right they should ask for what is correct. i want to know more info about this so next time i and my friends will know what to do when we meet this type of irresponsible driver
