My own method is never need more money than you can make comfortably. Cannot afford family go find prostitute. Cannot afford expensive prostitute go find cheaper one. Cannot afford cheaper prostitute ask right hand for help. Many of my friends need money to fund things which are not really worth it. It's up to individual to catorgorise these things.

His eyes just turned white , mouth with lots of saliva or foam like stuffs .
Lucky Boon Lay Way there is a Fire Station , Ambulance came in just under 10 minutes .
Saw the medics put the two "iron" on his chest .
Must be heart attack .
And his CityCab Crown just parked there . Maybe later others will move the vehicle away .

I remember that was a Friday night , i mean Saturday morning , or maybe a Holiday Eve .
Very busy night ..
I read once in the internet .... or maybe newspaper .
Taxi drivers maximum on the road is 14 hours max .
14 hours ? Everyday ?
Over my dead body .
My average 8 hours ..... some under 8 hours , serious 8 hours trying to find paxes , after that , it's heading home .
Once at cng kiosk or diesel kiosk , i consider off work liao .
Taxi driver must sleep at least 8 hours to drive 14 hours .
The specialist say one /
So 2 hours for family nia , this one they never say ....
Except holiday eve and friday night , work a bit longer , just a bit , still i be home by 5am .
Once reaching the 8th hour , my body automatically will tell me : " Hello , 8 hours liao , time to switch off" hahahahah
Automatic my vehicle will head to base hahahah
after so many years , average 4 days Monday to Thursday , 8 hours OTR average .
Only one day work slightly average 10 hours , Friday and sometimes Saturday nights .
Dun try 14 hours lah , crazy .

Heart Attack or so called myocardia infarcation is the nos 1 killer, especially so for men. Not only TD are being attacked, many other stressful jobs also have many people get attacked.
And that is why, we need to let our TD brothers know the limitation of working hours and exercise with a free mind, our jobs is already hazard enough by all day in seating posture, drinking coffee, eating fat foods, and for most, smoking, it jis just a time bomb for anyone.
Therefore it is critical to be humorous, able to let go of things, and take whatever come along in your life as part and parcel of it.
As a TD, you must hv flexibility in the way you do your job, it is alway a present job, meaning, you act at the present, not the tomorrow job which most other job need to plan with projects and all other kind of arrangements. That is one good about TD, because the next 10 minutes, you will not know who u are going to pick and where you will be going, be free and relax, let tomorrow worry by itself.

Komade and mine alternative ways to deal with fatigue LOL .... si chow ....
But hor .... he some period Amber ....
No alternative , only ONE WAY Traffic .
The key here is try not to have fatigue, and therefore, you may not need to manage it.
But if you really have, I call it stressed, there are 2 types of stress, one is bad, real bad stress, one is good stress, in Taxis driving, it is both instill in physical and mental.
Bad stress/fatigue are stress than sadden you, there is no passion in driving and yet force one to drive, and more so if you add with other personal problem, like over credits, relationship or legal problems, end up, you never have a good day at the office/your cab.
Prolong exposure to bad stress it nothing but a volcano waiting to explode, it is alway good to sit down, get some sound advices and learn to let go of unwanted things or things that stresses you.
Good stress are also stress that need time to rest and get perk up to drive again, this are more for people with passion of what they are doing, even hard at driving, they are feeling happy inside, and that is the most important. On the other hand, they prefectly understand what they are working or driving for add on the motivation, at the end of the day, a good day at the office, go home, tho tired, but happy, eat well, sleep well.
