One step closer to claim back my incentive from Transcab....

As you guys know Transcab hold me back $1500 deposit and $665 incentives. And I still owe them $500++ for the damange when return cab. So I got 2 50/50 case pending with them total $2140 + $500.
Today I have review one of the accident footage at SBSTransit Group Claims Dept with my lawyers. After the review which clearly shows the bus had travel into my lane and cause a side swipe. So my lawyer tell the SBS people they had already prepare the writ of summons and fight all out in court. The SBS people still want to argue then my lawyer with her powderful and flowerly england manage to force them to come to a decision on how much liability to settle. Then they a bit scare liao says next week come back to us. Then my lawyer tell them we give 2 weeks and turn to her clerk ask her write down "So XXXXX from SBSTransit will get back to us within 2 weeks if not we file the writ....." After we left she says no worries they will settle and see how much they willing to settle.
So after this case settle only left one 50/50 case with Transcab so my liablity with Trans will become $2140 + $500++ then I can go personally BANG that ah lian table demand my money back liao!!!! Lol

Although not a big sum of money and I not hard up for it. But I just buay song when other people take my money and PANG (Roll). One case settle another case to go....
