  SINGAPORE: A man has been charged in court with using criminal force on a 74-year-old grandmother, with intent to outrage her modesty.
  
  45-year-old Tan See Kwan is accused of pulling the old woman's blouse and grabbing her neck on July 10 last year at Toa Payoh North in the evening.
  
  If convicted, Tan may be jailed up to two years, or fined, or caned.
