Hi bro, it could be yr blower or cooling coil near yr glovebox is choke/jam. Give a Gd knock at the base of the blower unit to kickstart it, works for me in my old junk... lol

Go for a aircon servicing lah, flash it, change the filter, knn, sometime filter all leaves and dead ants, buy those coil cleaner and spray on the coil, let it drip onto the floor, you can see the black dirt coming out.
On the other hand, can be your alternator is not functioning well, or that the thermostat is spoilt
