Who r those ple with a file at taxi stands ?

since 2 years ago, been spotting a single male or female with a file at taxi stands at shopping centres observing taxis n writing down details.......... never get out of my taxi n ask them n never ask fellow TDs who r they............. sure some of u here had talked 2 them b4 or know wat they r doing........... pls enlighten me, tks........

Surveyors I think. If LTA enforcement should have wear a badge right? Or issit undercover LTA? Shell card promoter?

one hr 7-8 dlr just to record how many pax board taxi ..

LTA will wear uniform,
or dress up like going to party, then ask you, "Uncle, Sembawang"
If you answer, "OK". They show you LTA Badge then slam the door.
If you answer, "No". Tua Kee Liau.
I believe those are surveyors.

LTA taxi enforcement officers don't wear uniform...
Their pass must be shown enforcement officer, not those normal LTA pass.
Some cb LTA misuse their power by showing you their employment pass which is nonsense....I did fark 1 of them before and email to the than CEO Mr Yam Ah Mee...
They like to bio White....so those driving white, be careful...
fyi....I'm ban from entering Singapore Diamond Industry by LTA....

Not to worry lah, Those are part timers doing surveys for LTA. Now I think only at some "hot spots" taxi stands.
They are monitoring how long the waiting time for both the pax and taxis at the que, also no. of pax boarding each taxi

my buddies at bus forum , some are really specialist , like sbs 238 , they are damn so good at those datas .

if LTA employ those brilliant forumers at the bus forum , they surely huat one .
these people wasted in Singapore if not tap by LTA .

Forum of course can be good lah, ask them go hold a chairmanship of top level meeting, guess they will go dumb, at anytime, someone will shoot you a question out of blank range, your focus will be challenged, so are your datas, so do not assume brillancy out of forums or any medias.

For me, fark care what LTA or survey kids, as long as you never infringe any rules and regulation, you should be more focus on the paxs at the Q,

have u all ever see LTA staff doing sometin else at taxi stands ? tat day(3 weeks ago) saw a man wearing a badge approaching a taxi tat was in a queue at Vivo City n he was very "GA RANG / fierce" n i can see tat the TD looked very scared.............. i know tat the TD committed some offence but i not sure wat offence........... i tin he smoke in his cab while waiting in the queue.............

These youngster are never from LTA , but they were appointed by LTA to collect datas .
Then this datas will be compiled , and submit a Quarterly report , and sent to PTC aka LTA .
From there , LTA and PTC will come out with something more efficient .

LTA assigned Datas Collecting Agency to do survey , collect datas and compile into one single report .
They , usually Ladies , are part timers . U-Grads doing part time .
Or Poly students , or JC students .
