it is not poking or what .
what he say is quite true also, it is sometime such comment to let newbie or newbie to be to better understan the trade of taxi driving.
being long in the trade many will get to see what's happening, advise given is hope to enlighten(not against) newbie to better understanding
anyway enough is said by various bro here and other post

Hi Super, i also advice you to start as a relief. When i first start driving i also OMO for Comfort, after OMO for almost 6 wks( at least if i'm not wrong) i started to see the
as like i'm seeing this
After getting a relief i started gain back my weight. So best is to be relief until you are comfortable and familiar with most of the route than do OMO.

to me all the same, here in the forum already majority advise start as relief for a while than decide later to be hirer or relief or stick to which ever company
answer is all over, what newbie or to be ask, the mostly answer always the same, why still ask
it's just like working for telco, who is good, singtel , M1 or starhub
not everyone get same experience for the same taxi coy cos everyone behaviour are different
sometime certain tds may have encounter certain matter which other have not . why? maybe just some story not told full
some easy going tds maybe never have bad comment at all, will just think their thinking or coy is good like td with not temper and easy going, these type of tds face less problem on the road
so driving taxi good or bad happen differently to different individual
if they can't even bother to read on the posting in this forum, why bother to answer which some time i have seen poolman mentioning the the forum say repeated topic/thread, why?

flexible timing... want to drive wat hours also can... dun need rush back to hand over... can drive day... can drive nite... can drive 24 hours... juz pray hard dont fall sick... rental still hav to pay even if sick...
dun need set target... juz drive till cover rental + fuel... the rest of the time profit come in liao... juz pray hard tat u dun hav to drive 12 hours juz to cover cost... after 12 hours fatigue set in... want to chiong also hard... loose concentration onli... good bye $2140 / $1070...
best is after few days / weeks... find tat cannot earn... lose moral... lose confidence... throw key!
then we hav one less competitor OTR...
so all newbies... pls OMO!
