at hougang, i alway go st 51, sure got pax, anyway, I just joke with chief lah.To be frank, singapore mental hospital is one of the best in Asia, you go malaysia see Tampoi, you can get a shock of the way they treat those siao lah, and in thailand, nobody give a damn, and I heard in some 3rd world where population is high, they kill them, because it will be a burden to them.
We should therefore cherish what we have, tho high in cost, but at least it is well structured.

Human body , can do everything , but be fair to your body , take one step at a time for your body to adept to those changes .
Once your body gets into the rhythm , then u can do what u want .
Every car also need to engage first gear to move to second , then third then fourth .
Same with our body .
U can always start off with 3rd gear , car still can move , but no power , also gear box very easy kaput .
Because it is never correct to start off with third gear , all start with first gear .
Gradually move on to second gear , .
Then 3rd , very smoothly ... slowly to fourth .
Then i can tell u , the gear box will be very happy .

My body just know what time he will need to work ... and automatically my body will tell me when i need to pack up and go home .
Been a routine that way .
After so many years ... hey hey i am still alive and kicking .
Money i definitely earned less , but i guarantee , i need not to sponsor my doctor his salary this month .

If you start to drive 10 hrs, maintain that, in fact your body already use to it, what happen is that you start to idle, from 10 become 8, then become 6 hrs, and then sometime 4hrs, the moment you start holding the steering, you think of going home, like that sure drive less lah.I should say, moderately, as accord to MOM working timing, per week is only 44hrs per week, any thing over 44hrs is consider Overtime, and in my contractual ship job, the most OT is 72hrs per month, so per week will be 18hrs , unless you apply for extension base on the job scope.
With this as a guideline, per week you can work up to 44+18 hrs, so if you work 44hrs per week, let say with 1 day rest, the rest 6 days..per day will be 44/6= about 7.5 hrs, if you go on OT of 18 hrs per week, then you get 18/6= 3 hrs,
Therefore with these as guideline of under the safety and healthy working or driving hours, per day max on the road should be 10.5hrs, not including breaks,
Thus depend on your needs, like chief got wife working and other side lines, he can afford to work just 6 hrs, which is lower than most working peoples, but if are like me, got wife at home, 3 kids, pair of old parents,..then I hv to work an extra 3hrs per day as OT, bearing that there is one day rest (driving casket)
