Sure, you have the right to ask pax to leave if you hv a reason behind it, can be out of religion matters, conservatives matter, or improper behavior matter, like if pax sudden take out a dog, I hv to reject it and pax to leave, or that people keep telling me to believe in this God and that God, i will ask him or her to leave, cos we are doing business, a day to day transaction of a service provider and a consumer.
Just like restaurant, dog are not allowed, man to man, or girl to girl love kissing is also inappropriate, the restuarant mgr have all the right to ask them to leave.
If LTA scold you, then you bring a man and go LTA office and kiss there, see what they do?

Firstly is the Taxi a public or private tranport.
If public there is a standard of conduct to be observe on public transport.
If it is private it is up to the operator to set the standard of decency
But whether public or private, there is a minimum defacto standard. No 'screwing' in the taxi, between male and female or any other combination of the two.

Btw kissing men and men is no offense. Nowadays so common.
Performing a sexual act is, if in a public place, doesn't matter if men and men or men and women.

I doubt you can charge the fare as you did not send them to their desired location.
