It not easy to organise such a group that even do not meet up often, even working people who keep seeing each other everyday also difficult to organise not to mention TD, the wanderers.

I willing to contribute double , and go only .
If everyone pay $40 , i will pay $80 , for not organising .
$40 for your salary , for doing crap works after that .

Most organising work in a way of everyone is given a job, but there must be a control, like HQ, so Pool and his buddy can be the HQ, first, he needs to gather who is willing to go, that is the most important, without peoples, organise for fark.
Make an announcement, gather the support, there must be closing date for participant, once date closed, let say got 20 peoples willing to go, divide it into 4 committee,
Group A, the food committee
Group B, the Booking of chalet and logistic committee
Group C, the cleaning, arranging and BBQ equipment committee
Group D, fruit, drink, girls and game committee
Then all report to HQ and HQ will give direction, collect money to support the committee, advise and also guide the committees.
In this way, no one is left alone
