Even if I decide not to take up the taxi when Comfort call me, I think I will find another hirer.

I dont understand....as a relief now all is well for you now..why decide to be hirer?

The reasons why I decided to be hirer is:
1) Every night I'm confidence that I could fetch $1xx profit from 6pm - 1am.
2) I have difficulty getting pax after 2am (That's why I usually keep around 2am), usually have to queque or sweep around some of my favourite try luck place.
3) If I start my shift at 3pm, most probably I could fetch another $50 - $60, and 3pm - 3am shift is hard to find as relief driver.
4) I could lease out the taxi to a day relief at $52 from 3am - 3pm, and I can also enjoy the convenient of using the car between 3pm - 6pm for my personal activities.
5) No need to see hirer ccb face and listen to his rubbish.
6) No need to waste about 1 hour everyday walking to and back from the hirer's carpark.
7) No need to wash car everyday ($4).
What does you guys think about this?

well you think of not having to see hirer ccb face and rubbish.
when you are hirer, got relief how would you treat your relief?
$52 for 3am-3pm ( will you take if you are a relief)
when you are a relief your stand is different, when you start thinking to be a hirer, your stand(from a relief point of view) start to change which is now you are turning into a hirer position to be

there is no right or wrong to be a relief or hirer
the way i see is practise good partnership is more important for a few $$$$ arguement. something need to be clear, some matter no need to calculative

tis type of timing dun obk also difficult...
same question to TS: would u take tis shift as a relief at $52?
