I really really got very hard time when i first start to drive taxi!
and i know many of them know i going to b a taxi drive r waiting to see how i going to die
may b I think too much...
but when u trying to ask them about taxi problem..
u can feel they r try to avoid the Question!
That why i never call or tell anyone...when i start driving taxi!

I didn't bother much about scheme A/B, when you in need, under scheme B 1 hr suspension still blink non-stop.

Last night, almost gave up by 9pm, kenah multiple trips with CCK, Woodlands, Yishun and Sembawang. The collection see already will cry, most trips around $7.Until almost 10pm then cover cost.
My luck changes after 10pm, at Ang Mo Kio, pax go Toa Payoh, then another one go Serangoon. From there, connections after connections until no chance to go toilet. When I wanted to keep at 3am, When reach CCK got pax want to go Cantoment, happy like 'F' and continue drive on. After that proceed to Orchard, the place is dead, so proceed to Mustafa, bingo! 3 pax going CCK and Wooodlands. After alight pick up pax Woodlands go Bt. Panjang, happily go pump diesel and keep.
A lousy start which leads to a 'happy ending'. Profit was not secondary to some Friday's collections.

Yap,sometimes is like that 1...A lousy start ended with a frutful earnings or vice versa. I also kenah a few times before, about to reach call cancelled, ccb. Call from certain places also have stereotype of customers. Now I ban all calls from ang mo house and those condo.

Today first trip CCK to Chinatown, then Chinatown to Mohd Sultan, before I can keep my money, another family boarded want to go TPY, dam cheapskate, want to avoid ERP, want to avoid jam, end up turn here turn there, knn.
From now on, I promise myself, I wil never ever pick up any pax along Newton and Scotts Rd before 12am. Always kenah those ccb pax want to go by Bt Timah Rd and small roads instead of highway.
By 1am, profit about $1xx, makan at Newton then keep. Wanted to drive until 6am, but already very tired due to passed 2 days long stretch of driving.

as you drive more & gaining more experience,there will be more & more "banned"type of pax popping out in your list lol

Today is the worst Saturday I encounter, but I saw other taxi like huat big time, mostly hired. Started at 8pm due to visit my mom. Made to trips within CCK then headed to town. Town with town 3 trips, then kenah 1 fatty pig go Clementi want to go by Holland Rd, ccb.Empty back to town and pax go AMK, CTE accident massive jam, exit Moulmiem, not any better. Head back town pax go Tanjong Rhu, after that pick up a lady go Little India. Really no mood to drive, keep early, profit only $xx.
One thing I realised about myself, if really no mood or tired, just cover cost and keep, no point forcing the way through, results are usually bad.

Sunday is always my lucky day, keep at 1am with $1xx profit, and I was off on Monday, heard from a TD friend that Monday night was terrible, at 11pm town already dead.
After a good rest on Monday, I'm fully energized. Went to comfort in the afternoon to register as Hirer. Gave my hirer advance notice that I will be getting my taxi in about 2 mths time, but will still stand in for him in August when he go holiday. He said after he comes back from holiday in mid August straight away wants to find relief, then I will have to find another hirer while waiting for my taxi, knn, if I know I will not tell him in advance. Gave him advance notice is for him to get prepared, end up he come out with this kind of pattern. Now I 'm thinking should I throw back the key to him early and let the new relief OMO 1 week for him when he go holiday since he is so bastard, ccb.
