Email to [email protected] first to address your concern.
Hu dai ji ho ho gong..
call xin ming or wan bao also can....
wah.... must stir until so big meh? is the lemon worth the squeeze?
Mr Kua Hong Pak
Group CEO
you email to your DROs , the vice-president will to see liao, he mainly in-charge, the rest bo chap one
your taxi 4 yr old plus sure have lots of problem one lah, not only you face, many other cdg sonata driver also facing some issue, learn to live with it, if not go for new one lor
-----
I am paying rent on the taxi and CDG has a job to provide me a working Taxi , its a contract , I am not employed by the CDG that "I should learn to live with it" and i surly have a right to make noise and get things on Paper so if tomarrow something goes wrong its not my "rare" which should be "on the line" , one thing i have learned in SIngapore you need to keep the file "stomach" full, even a mother dont feed the baby which dont cry & make noise
then do whatever you want to do lah
Email to that address I had given you....they should reply you in 48hours, urgent matter sometime almost immediately.
Nowadays, they treat drivers feedback very serious...
If you are a good, obedient driver, prompt in rental, take call number 1 especially high volume of cashless transaction...compliment by pax before and blar blar blar....there's no reason they will ask you to go fly kite, although there's long queue of waiting list...good driver not easy to find.
Ultimately your email will forward to those who are concerned. Or worst come to worst, If your guts very big, go Sin Ming 4th Floor knock door loh, anyway he like to meet and talk cock with drivers..
I usually will email to Diector of Taxi Operation Miss Heng .
Funny enough , Miss Heng always called me back .
She love asking me for suggestions .
No need to write the top, just email DROs and state your problem aggressively, with threats that failure to respond to the problems will lead to 2 things,
a) The company should be held liable in the event of accident
b) will go higher up the food chain if problem not resolved usually the PAP MPs that are with NTUC.
Always within 24 hours, i get a super response to my problem
