new driver asking some questions

1. is it ok for hirer to ask for parking fees or maybe co-share? 2. is it normal for hirer to keep feedback oil pump not full, pump how full also feedback not full enough, want to ask for more money/rent is it?

if both you and hirer stay same location, maybe fair to ask you to share
fuel wise, both must go kisok to see what is each other topup style and level only will solve your issue, unless you topup far away and pass him the taxi,

1) If your hirer and you stays within the same CP... some hirers may request to share the CP fees (not much lah $32.50).
But make sure you share his Taxi Free rental day, and Taxi hirer's bonus too....
(Everything also share).
2) Grey area of "topping up completely on diesel" as some drivers do not "shake" their cabs like a Sampang boat.
.. Some don't even pump further (for another litre or 2) after the Auto-TopUp clicked.Some even go pick another trip after topping up their tanks..... (Tai-Ko drivers)...
3) As for Bro Bowah... before you throw key.... make sure you get (or will be getting) a new key (from another hirer) before throwing... If not the Singapore's Unemployment rate will go up by a percent...

Fark lah.....OMO lah....save all hassle....suka suka drive....suka suka keep....
If need money drive a few hours more. If good connection drive a few trip more. If no connection keep and start later. Can drive 2 peak hours. No need see hirer/relief face color. So many benefits.
Put it in another way. If you drive relief you can earn $3K and you drive OMO earn $2.5 for same effort. Take it as $500 for having a personal transport loh. Nowadays you want to up keep a simple car easily more then $500. Drive taxi no need headache maintainence, insurance, road tax. Where to find?

Whoever packup early tear coupon till official handover time la. As for diesel short pumping, monitor for few days. If relief keeps makan u, sack him la. Hirer don't have to be afraid 1, only scare OMO nia!

if Ts drive 7 days , can request back the four free rental days per year if hirer ask for car park sharing. rental is if 101 , u paying him how much for half shift? benefits about 1200 a year . . . u can ask for hakf as well. if he dun agree , then share what car park ? see u newbird chiat u lah knn

Do not use Fair as a principle, it is the most complicated calulation or perhap, it will never be able to calulate.

Sonata ?Easy , do what i did with all my partners , workable .
Tell your hirer , once "tuck" the diesel auto stop right ? If say meter stated $25.60 , just continue round up another $1 or into $27 !
U also do the same .
Once "tuck" , squeeze in to the nearest dollar !
I know what u did was once "tuck" , pull out and close diesel tank .
Which is not right also .
Explanation was , once "tuck" , Sonata diesel can slowly squeeze in another 7-8litres of diesel .
So both drivers must adopt the same ways of topping up diesel .
Once "tuck" , slowly squeeze in extra extra to round up figure .
Then close shop !
Make sure once finished topping up diesel , dun tai ko go round and round at his expense .
If after top-up , u used 60km , just pay cash to him say $8 .
Like that surely swee swee .

Yes . . . we had that problem .
It took us bloody long time to get the fuel tank full , so both drivers come out with such arrangements , and from there , everyone using it until today .
Faster .
Best way is once tuck , squeeze in somemore til round up nearest dollar , no cents .
That little bit extra dun be too calculative , then will be very good .

If i am TS , i will insist no sharing of car park .
In return he may have all the free rental days and benefits .
All my hirers practise this way .
Relief nothing . . . hirer took everything , bear everything .

Parking share , car wash , he do .
See if he want ?
knn want share car park , want all benefits , want taxi washed , want free rental , maybe taking higher rental .

So fair that hirer bear all expense .
As for diesel , use my method , won't run one .
