STOMPer Francis noticed this boy turning up to direct the traffic at the T2 car park out of his own accord everyday and thinks that Singaporeans ought to learn from his hard work.
He says:
"I highly admire this boy at Changi airport T2 taxi car park Q.
"For the pass few years, I noticed him turning up for duty faithfully.
"I am not sure if CIAS is paying him a salary but some taxi uncles give him tips.
"He had black and swollen legs, and might be mentally handicapped.
"He looks like he might be diabetic but he works hard despite his condition.
"Singaporeans should learn from him and complain less."PS:Saw him quite regularly.Don't if he is related to anyone there? -
no idea why he was there for, somemore not in uniform, anybody has any knowledge about him,

Fark lah...can someone remove this idiot? He is redundant there. Irritating with his gesture and sometimes whistle. He could be earning more then what we are earning and he no need pay rental no need pay for fuel. Just stand there got money take. No need think where to get pax. Imagine the amount of taxi passing by T2 holding area. No need alot, just 1% give him tips $2 can earn a decent living already.
KNN where can feedback? Can ask the CIAS to remove him there? Even beggars need permit from the police.

Just need 50 taxis give him $2 can earn $100. Dun tell me T2 whole day dun have 5000 taxi going through? Yes 1% give him money can liao. $100 a day $3000 a month for doing NOTHING!!!

I gotta pity him cos he apparently suffering from diabetes .
I do tip him . . . cos i knew , eventually . . . he will have lung diseases , inhaling those black smokes exhausted by diesel engines , almost everyday , 12 hours daily knn .

I believe he just wanting to pass time, and many of us are peoples with a kind heart, so end up giving him even without him begging, because he knows begging is an offence, sooner or later he will be out of there.
But like what chief said, by giving, it could make it a habit for him to be there, like you are feeding the repeating habit, guess is one smart fellow who knows the lobang there

1 thing you had to salute him...he know T2 flight inside out..
Pick mango sure will see him there....knn...his hand carry a baton (oops! Newspaper), you don't move will whack you those kind.

Given so much charity in this nation, and our govt funds are consider one of the richest in Asia or even top 10 richest in the world, he should seek help, both medical and shelter,
Perhap some charity groups should look into it and take him in to help out at homes or charity offices and at the same time, provide medical help and some education or skill so that he can be more independent.
There is this MINDs school that bring all these people, give them soft jobs, some even do computer jobs like data entry, this allow them to feel part of a belonging to the society.
It will be better and good for him to be in the right hand, because what he is doing now will only get worsen by the day on both his physical, mental and existing health problem.

in singapore many thing help are there given by our governmentthe only problem, they never teach singaporean how to go about it, not even in school,
you need to know how to get all this help which is available already,
that's why everytime only when sin min or wan bao report , then all this so call government organisation people then start appearring to offer help. if not basically , they will just sit in their office, never bother to look out for this pity/poor/sick people
