Taxi SHD6316J From Teban To Kaki Bukit & Mac Pherson.He Took Long Way & He Knew That My Uncle Told Him That He Go Long Way But Still Charge The Amout Shown,I Already Make A Complaint To The Customer Service Officer.They Call Me & Told Me Abt The Fair Is Only @$18-$19 But I Paid $23.64.The Issue Here Is They Are Not Going To Returned Your Cash.They Offer A Voucher Of $5 Off.This Is A Problem I Don't Want To Take SMRT Taxi Anymore But Than They Forcing U To Take It.If I Can't Get Back My Hard Earn Money Back I Curse U & Whoever Work In SMRT Taxi Department.

sometmes u can't anyhow blame the taxi driver!not everybody is sure of the way!for me i also don't know how to go!f ur uncle already specify how to go then no problem!but not after taxi driver use his way,then u start complaining!u like it or not,if u drive and somebody keep complaining u use longer route?

Hello Muslim. Don't trust the taxi company. They quoted you only $1 difference range. For that distance, fare may vary easily up to $5 difference range pending on traffic. Some more your's is 2 destination! Kaki bukit side traffic very unpredictable. I am not siding him, but my trips do have a huge varying cost depending on how fast i can go.

What time he take the taxi? What route he take? Sometimes long way cheaper due to accidents and such....care to elaborate?

You should ask SMRT to give you $10 vouchers becasuse you says scare take the second time driver go long route again....Lol

For those who want splendid cabby , those who know routes inside out , u may try any taxis except those from SMRT Epica .
Cos u may be unaware , SMRT Epicas has got the most "just graduated" cabbies .
When u chose SMRT Epicas and hop onto a "just graduated" cabby's taxi , pls be more patient .
They are serious just 2 months of driving taxis .
