My basic warmups exercise before holding the racket can kill him .
The most simple one . . . cheapest , a bit of sweat type .
Consistent exercise of this , is very good .
Walking up and down .
First u heart exercise .
2nd , your ankle move as well .
3rd , your knee move as well .
Follow by waist , leg muscles .
Except the upper body dun do much .
Must integrate with some upper body work outs .
Like push ups , sit ups . . .

Swimming still the easiest for TD like us...not difficult to prepare swim gear in our taxi, than everywhere also got public pool.
Refresh ourselves especially with such a humid weather(day drivers)...
Everytime after swim, the first pax on board will ask me, Uncle, you just bath?

TC toyota wish the compartment under the luggage space big enough to put all sports bag... sports shoes... somehow miss driving that car...

One thing cabbies lacking is sweating out .
I can sweat until my underwear also wet when playing badminton .
I thought i drank about at least 2.5L of plain water everytime i played badminton , two bottles of 1.5L .
Swimming is good for heart , and joints .
Except sweatings .
I can assure you , ur body odour will be less smelly if u sweat frequently .
No wonder some cabbies when sweat a little bit like after washing of cabs , they really stinks .
When u sweat seriously , whole body sweat , pores all opened up , less dirt inside , less bacterias .
No point if sweat only back and forehead .
Hand and legs also must sweat .
Like those NBA players . . from head to toes all sweat .
some members knew i had back problems when driving cab , exercising and playing badminton heal those pain sometimes .
