i wonder how we can fit in a timing for some exercise as a taxi driver.i was a marathon runner before becoming a taxi driver,now never exercise and have high blood pressure!i don't know with this type of lifestyle ,how long can my body cope before give way!
Best is driving 2 hours take a 5 mins short break. Walk around. Helps to circulate blood.
but that is hardly exercise,what i mean exercise to ward off heart attacks and be fit and feel good!
Ask your mistress or wife to help you , maybe they can help .

The problem with most cabby going for serious exercise . . fatigue affecting their driving , so they cut less those work outs !
After driving , u may be too tired to exercise .
Before driving , u may be too tired after exercise .
So must well dun exercise is their mentallity .
One must be able to afford a day not working , fully utilised the full day "rest-day" to exercise , work out .
Even throwing rental one day to exercise , it's worth a million dollar .
Honestly speaking . . . drive day shift is the best .
U drive until say 3pm , good enough leh . . . 4pm go running a bit , jog .
Not too much , 5km also good .
Then gradually next week up 6km .
Mine record i jog . . . from Cashew Road , jog until Woodlands checkpoint and back via Old Woodlands Road . Now still there .
My badminton veteran club quite solid one .
Every members contribute $6-$8 per session , including shttlecocks and court fees .
Play until u shiok .

i think i would plan Sat and Sun morning,wake up 7am and do some jogging at stadium for 1/2 hour,cos these 2 days ,morning don't have peak charge!
Age also determine your exercise regime, if a person tell me he got no time to exercise, then I will say he is a non living thing, even animals need to exercise.
Those above 40s, please care for your knees, those below can still whack, but also be careful.
The best exercise is a full bod one, swimming is one of them, so other many other sport like badminton and tennis, so called group sport, you to gather a group to enjoy it, so either you go CC and join a group or simply set up a TD sport association.
At our age, exercise is for good well being, not for competition anymore or simply for IPPT gold award, so take it easy with it, doing it alone can be done anytime, all you need is an hour, 3 times a week, do stretching, joggin cum walking, some proper sit up and push up, some like MacRitche provides exercise bars and block, can also use it, after all it is free, you can also go to SCC gyms, only $2.50, for senior is $1.50 only. After, can bathe and go home sleep.
On the other hand, diet is important, I see many jog and jog but still feel tire and big belly, why, because all jog to hawker centre eat laksa, buk kut teh, oily stuff...
Of course eating is a blessing, but as we age, be cautious of what we take, everything must be moderate, even if you said veges is good, but you hv to get meat too, the key is less oil and salt, because we are already full of oil and salt, why take it further, u lick your sweat and see, salty or not? you pinch your waist, that is oil.
Take more white meat, but also moderately, like chicken, too much, no exercise, you go fat and bulky, fish, too much, you get mercury in your system.
Do not take more than 3 meals a day, or for light meals, not more than 4 times, and for day driver, after 9pm, except water, no more eating. For night drivers, all koya like me liao, here eat, there eat, here poke, there poke. that is why I said, those driving night shift should make more than day, if not, better go back to day, cos even operators working night shift get higher paid than those normal shift.

Pool...really can lose 2kg one session meh? If I just sit there sipping my coca cola watching you guys play also can lose 2kg? Lol
Btw my neighbour old man 60++ TD also plays badminton....he also jio jio me go play. Go once at the badminton hall at Geylang see them play I also scare. Knn I lose to an 60++ old man....he damn fast for his age...Lol
