  REPORT LODGED AGAINST DRIVER OF TAXI NO. SHB XXXXC
  
  Dear Mr Xxx
  
  I refer to your report lodged on 3 June 2012 and wish to extend deepest apologies for the unpleasant incident.
  
  We have conducted an investigation and have issued a warning to the driver for failing to comply with the company rules and regulations on the attire he is allow to wear when driving our taxi. He has also been reminded to adhere strictly to the service standards as set out by the company. The complaint has been included in his service record and we will monitor his performance closely.
  
  We will continue to reinforce our communication and training efforts to push up service levels by our drivers. it is our desire that every commuter's experience with our taxi service is pleasant and comfortable. we will not hesitate to discipline errant drivers with proven service lapses.
  
  Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

  Alot of selfish TD at the AP queuing. They cannot be bother with others. The fellow I reported really one kind. The queue already start pulling he still can go talk  cock with his buddy at 2nd ave. Thus result in 3-4 taxis on my right cut into his lane. Nevenmind let it be I thought initally. But my turn come I pick one Mariam Way. After queue for 45mins I kanna this shit because of this CB. Thats why I so tulan report him. Knn

  I also won't complain about the trips that I get if I happen to Q at the AP.

  I said IF I HAPPEN.

  Because I don't like to Q

  Only when there is  pick n go or the Q is really short then I will pick up pax

  Otherwise, it's empty cab for me to the city.
