Jurong side more worst, indian or bangala on bicycle, one hand ride, one hand on hp, then at nite, no lights somemore, knn, we take call while driving can kenna summon,
Foreigners take bicycle listen to hp no summon. Then at nite all dark dark corner, very hard to see them, worst are they also dunno the traffic well, especially those filter zebra crossing, knn they just dash across, many time hv to e brake. CBB
